Some may think that as a temp staff member that you just get assigned shifts, you do the shift and you are just an employee number, but we like to think of each of our temps as a real person and that we as their employer can assist them in their career progression, training within the hospitality industry and personal development.

Dear Rachael,
Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from Pinnacle People, WA as a Food & Beverage attendant effective immediately due to exams nearing and graduation. Furthermore, I will be going back home right after I am done with my final semester exam until future studies is planned.
On a more personal note, I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful opportunities for professional growth, support and personal development you, the staff of Pinnacle People and the clients have provided me over the last few months. I also can’t thank you enough for all the shifts I have been given.
